How to add Multiple Email Account in Windows 8.1 Mail App

Microsoft outlook is familiar to everyone because everyone is used to this Mail client provided by Microsoft. If you used to have a number of Email accounts then it would be really difficult for you to manage them and if all those are from different clients (Yahoo, Google, Aol, Live) then it will be really difficult for you to manage them. You won’t be able to easily manage all these mail services and if you want to then it will be really time consuming and also a lots of bandwidth will be waist. But to make this easier you can use a windows application like Microsoft outlook to manage all your email services. But in case of windows 8 you already have a mail app just like a smartphone.

Microsoft has totally redesigned its windows operating system so now windows can support apps like any smartphone and its metro UI interface is totally eye catching. So with this app you got a lot of advantages. You don’t need to visit different websites to view your daily mails. When you will open Mail app in windows 8.1 you will all the mails from your Microsoft Outlook account.

But what if you have an account other than windows outlook and you want to add it to your Mail app. Windows interface makes it quite difficult for you to find option to add an email account to your Mail app but you can follow following steps to make that happen.

Step 1:Open Your Mail App from windows 8.1 start menu.

Step 2:Move your mouse button to the right side upper corner of the screen a list of options will be popped out.

Step 3:Just click On the Setting> Accounts> Add An Account

Step 4:Select the account who’s Mail You want in your System (Hotmail, Outlook, Gmail, AOL, and Yahoo) and other is for Custom Domain Emails.

Fill The Login Information that is required.

And you have done it all you mails will be imported in your app. You can enjoy all your email on Metro UI interface and you are going to like this app and the way you will be able to handle your mail. When you will fill and authenticate your account all your mails from your account will be downloaded to your system. So Now you can see all your mails, Send , Receive your Mails directly on your system.

With mail app you will get a notification whenever you receive a new mail and an icon will  be shown on the look screen but without mail app you don’t even able you see that you have received a mail until you access your email account. So tis pretty cool to get a notification when you receive a mail.
