How To Sync Your Google Contacts With Your Apple iPad

If you ever used internet then you must be using Gmail/Google to contact to your mates or Friends and if you have any kind of business then you must have a lot of your contacts in your email id. These contacts are really precious. Facebook is not so much popular as Gmail for connecting and sending emails. Users choose Gmail because its a free service and gives you a lots of space. That's another thing the main point is you do have a lots of persons in your contact and all of their email address are important to you.

Whenever you use a Google device like any android device then you don't need to do anything each and everything from your phone will be on your device but with iOS this is not the case because there is Apple Id instead of Google. So everything is synchronized on Apple Server instead of Google Server. So if you want to get your Google Contacts on your apple device then you have to do this manually.

If you want to add these contact you your device then you have to follow following steps:-

• First you have to Go Setting > Mail, Contacts and calenders.

• Click on Add Account to add your contacts to your iPad device.

• You will see a list of accounts like iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, Aol etc. but you have to select other because you want to add contacts not the account.

• You will see 2 group of options Mail, contact. Click on Add CardDAV Account.

so a pop up windows will come with 4 fields server, Email, Password and Description. So under server field you have to put Google.com and enter full email address under your email address option, Password will be your password of Gmail account.So after giving all this information you will be able to get all your contact to your iPad.

Note: if you have enabled two step verification then you have to generate a separate application password from your Gmail account.
