Program in ns2

hey guys here I have a new post for those who are doing their projects or M.Tech dissertation or even Phd in:

• Mobile Adhoc networks
• Wireless sensor networks

All of you after doing your research need to implement in either one of the programming language (like c, c++ or JAVA) or some Simulator (like OPNET, OMNET or the best simulator NS2).
So, for implementation in NS2 you should need to write scripts in Tcl and OTcl.
Programming in Tcl and OTcl may be a tricky one.
Now here's the main part of my blog which make you happy.
There is a tool called NSG2.1 (Network Scenario Generator) which make your task so easy. So what you have to do is, just to make topology in this tool and it will automatically generate a Tcl script.
Here's the procedure:

1. Firstly you should have JVM installed on your system, if not installed it.
2. After installing Double click the NSG2.1 icon which you have downloaded.
3. Now click on Scenario in the tab above.
4. Then click on the network you want to create scenario of (wired or wireless).
5. Now add nodes and the thing you want.(means create your topology).
6. Then click on Tcl tab.(your tcl script will generate).

Now use this Tcl script in your simulator.
